Cancellation, modification and return policy.
Fragrance oils are not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fine fragrances first to assure your complete satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you know that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources.
All other merchandise returns accepted only within 5 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please call or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization. Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns of NON-fragrance oil items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc and 75% restocking fee will be charged to unauthorized returns of fragrance oils to cover the same as well as the now unusable fragrance oils. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order. Specials/Returns: No substitutes are given on sale items. If any of the desired scents are currently out of stock, you will be asked to choose an alternate. If any sale items are out of stock, a rain check will not be given.
WARRANTIES: incensehanddipped.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any certain product for use in secondary products or the actual results of its use in any such products. Incensehanddipped.com expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of these product in any secondary products produced thereby.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. We will order the replacements needed to rectify the problem. We are not responsible for any damaged products if not reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Do you collect sales tax?
We are authorized to collect sales tax for New York. If your order is shipped within the state of New York please add 8.25% sales tax.
Will my fragrance smell the same as the designer equivalent?
We try to be as accurate as possible with fragrances. If fragrance matches are critical please contact us before ordering. We will not be responsible for variations.
